Deleting your account

In the Sphinx app, open Settings, then Delete my account. Your account is closed at once, and its copy on our server is erased within 30 days. It can't be restored.

Deleting your account doesn't end a plan you bought in the App Store or on Google Play: cancel it there.

This page will also say what to do if you can't open the app, and how long anything is kept after.
